Get a download URL

Returns a short-lived URL that downloads a previously uploaded file, along with its real stored size and type.

size and content_type are read from storage, so they describe the file as it actually exists rather than what was declared when it was uploaded.

Files are always served as a download, never rendered in the browser.

Errors

Status	Cause
400	path missing.
401	Missing or invalid token.
403	path does not belong to this lead.
404	The lead does not exist, or no file exists at path.
